Yes. We deliver to hotels, offices, and hospitals in Dubai. For hotels, please include the guest’s full name, room or booking reference, and a reachable phone number. For offices, add the company name, tower, floor, and extension. Some hospitals restrict flowers in certain wards; we’ll advise suitable options.

If the recipient is not available, our delivery team will call them or you to coordinate. If we can’t reach them, we may leave the flowers with reception or security or reschedule the delivery. We’ll keep your bouquet fresh until it’s handed over.

To enjoy your bouquet for as long as possible, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, place them in a clean vase with fresh water, and keep them away from direct sunlight or heat. Change the water every two days and remove any wilted blooms. With proper care, Botanica flowers last 5–7 days, sometimes longer depending on the type of flowers.

We work hard to ensure your bouquet looks just like the photos on our site. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability, but we always replace with flowers of equal or higher value, maintaining the overall style, colours, and size of your chosen bouquet.
