Botanica arranges hospital flower delivery in Dubai where the receiving facility and ward accept the selected gift. Choose get-well or new-baby flowers, prepare a local receiving contact and check the available delivery date. Hospital permission and the receiving plan come before the bouquet.
We deliver to American Hospital Dubai in Oud Metha and Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City, subject to the hospital’s instructions and an available slot. The receiving point may be reception or another designated area rather than the patient’s room.
Arrange your hospital order in five steps
- Ask the ward about the gift. Check fresh flowers, the intended container and any extra items separately.

The receiving details to prepare
- Hospital name, correct branch and building.
- Recipient name and only the identification the receiving team requires.
- Agreed receiving desk, entrance or authorised contact.
- A working UAE contact number and a backup if possible.
- Acceptance hours and the chosen delivery date.
- What to do if the recipient has gone home.
Medical records, diagnoses and treatment details are not needed in flower-order notes. Keep the delivery instructions separate from the card message.
Dubai delivery fees and available windows
The published delivery policy lists Dubai delivery at AED 51, checked on 27 October 2026. The available windows are 8 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–10 p.m. Eligible same-day orders close at 4 p.m. UAE time; morning same-day bookings close at 9 a.m. Destination, stock and remaining checkout slots still apply. The hospital may accept deliveries during a narrower period, so agree the receiving arrangement before payment.
Hospital flower-delivery questions
Does delivery include the patient’s room?
Only if the facility permits that handover and it is agreed for the order. Ordinary reception delivery does not establish room access.
Can I order from overseas?
Yes. Use the Dubai guide for overseas senders, enter the recipient’s UAE contact separately and keep a sender contact available.
What if flowers are not allowed?
Respect the restriction. Agree a suitable delivery to the recipient’s home or another permitted location, or choose a later date with the family.
What if the patient leaves before delivery?
Contact Botanica promptly. A changed destination or redelivery must be agreed and may involve a different fee under the delivery policy.
